We are now looking for a Painting Specialist to join our growing team and help bring our homes to life.

About the Role:

As our Special Projects Maintenance Officer – Painting Specialist, you will work across multiple aged care homes delivering high-quality painting and refurbishment works that directly improve resident comfort, wellbeing and daily living experiences.

From refreshing resident rooms to contributing to larger upgrade projects, your work will help create vibrant, welcoming and homelike spaces for residents, families, visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete internal and external painting works to a high standard
• Prepare surfaces including patching, sanding, sealing and priming
• Support refurbishment, upgrade and presentation improvement projects
• Maintain walls, ceilings, doors, skirting and other surfaces
• Contribute to creating safe, welcoming and homelike environments
• Work collaboratively with the Special Projects Team and site stakeholders
• Maintain safe work practices and professional standards

About You:

• Experience in painting and maintenance works
• Strong eye for detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable, motivated and solutions focused
• Passionate about contributing to environments that improve people’s lives
• Current Employment Police Check (Required)
• Current driver’s license and Australian working rights
