Essential Skills & Competencies

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional approach
• Clinical care including medication administration and wound care
• Liaising with visiting GPs and allied health professionals
• Ability to lead and supervise carers as required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer and documentation skills
• Demonstrated commitment to hygiene, safety, and infection control practices

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse qualification)
• Current Police Check
• Evidence of Seasonal Influenza Vaccination
• Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccination

Desirable Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Aged Care
• Understanding of Aged Care Standards, accreditation, and ACFI
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and WHS/OH&S principles

Shift Details

• Monday: 06:45 – 15:15 (Week 1 & Week 2)
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 16:00 – 21:00 (Week 1 & Week 2)
