Position Overview: As an Account Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in our finance team, contributing to the financial health and success of our organisation. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our accountants and finance professionals, providing crucial support in managing our accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable Management: Process invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up with clients for timely settlements.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required by the finance team.
- Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions in our systems.
