Key responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
- Administer medications and monitor clinical outcomes
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate documentation and care records
- Support and guide care staff on shift
About You
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in aged care (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- A team player with a positive and proactive approach
