An excellent opportunity for an Administration Officer, in Narre Warren. At MAACG, we are devoted to creating a warm and friendly environment for staff and residents.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Be the welcoming face of our home — greeting residents, families and visitors with genuine warmth
  • Provide seamless admin support to our care team — rostering, data entry, compliance tracking, resident admissions support
  • Juggle priorities with confidence — no two days are the same!
  • Be the go-to problem solver — calm, organised, and always a step ahead

What You Will Bring

  • Strong administration and receptionist experience in an aged care or healthcare setting
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite including; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
  • Detailed record keeping, data management skills and staff rostering experience
  • Confident communications skills to handle all stakeholders, including staff, family members and visitors, contractors, subcontractors, and residents
  • Mature-minded and capable of handling (at times) difficult conversations
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach to prioritising your work and meeting deadlines.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and office all-rounder
  • Attention to detail with analytical skills
