At M2P, we get it done. Big lifts, big projects, and a crew you can count on. We’re chasing experienced Crane Operators with underground experience — people who know how to operate safely in challenging environments, work hard, and back their team.

This is a FIFO role on a 2:1 roster, working across multiple sites. You’ll be part of a crew that tackles complex underground and surface projects, delivering them the right way — to spec, on time, and without shortcuts.

Your opportunity

As a Crane Operator with M2P, you’ll be:

• Operating mobile cranes safely and efficiently in underground and surface environments
• Supporting lifts, rigging and heavy plant movements as part of project delivery
• Conducting pre-starts, inspections and maintaining crane records
• Working closely with supervisors and rigging teams to execute lifts safely
• Upholding M2P’s high safety and quality standards at all times

What you’ll bring

• High Risk Work Licence — C6 or CO (required)
• Rigging ticket (required)
• Proven experience operating cranes in underground mining construction projects
• A strong safety-first mindset
• The ability to work in a team and get on with people
• Australian working rights
