Your opportunity

As our valued Trade Assistant Labourer, you will play a key support role in assisting trades on site to deliver high-quality engineering and construction outcomes safely and efficiently.

Based in Wingfield, Adelaide, you’ll work alongside experienced boilermakers, fitters and supervisors, contributing to a wide range of hands-on tasks across project sites. You’ll be expected to be adaptable, safety-focused, and ready to pitch in wherever needed to keep work moving.

You’ll make an impact by:

●       Supporting tradespeople with day-to-day site activities and labouring tasks 

●       Assisting with general site duties including material handling, preparation and clean-up 

●       Operating forklift equipment as required (where licensed) 

●       Assisting rigging and dogging activities under supervision (where ticketed) 

●       Working safely and following site procedures at all times 

●       Being flexible and stepping into varied tasks across projects as required 

●       Contributing to a strong team environment where everyone has each other’s back 

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

●       White Card (Construction Induction) 

●       Current Driver’s Licence (essential)

●       Forklift Licence (essential)

●       Rigger Ticket (essential)

●       Dogging Ticket (essential)

●       Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening 

Ideally, you will also have:

●       Previous experience in construction, industrial or workshop environments 

●       A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn 

●       Ability to work in physically demanding and changing environments 

●       Strong communication and teamwork skills 

●        A strong commitment to safety and doing things properly
