Want a better career, a real team and an employer you trust?
Get it done at M2P
M2P was built to do engineering differently: to think smarter, challenge what is expected and deliver complex projects with pride. That approach has taken us from a growing business to a recognised leader in structural, mechanical and piping construction across Australia.
Today, we deliver major SMP projects in some of the country’s most demanding industries and operating environments, including underground mining and heavy industry. Our growth has never changed what matters most—our people. We value experience, trust our people and bring together skilled teams that take genuine pride in delivering quality work.
With newly awarded projects underway and a strong pipeline ahead, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People & Capability team.
Growth only works if we have the right people, on the right projects, at the right time. That’s where you come in.

M2P Engineering
Brisbane, QLD > Spring Hill
Full Time
Care about people? So do we.
Every time a project needs people, our recruitment team gets to work. We speak with candidates, learn what they’re looking for and help connect them with opportunities where they can do their best work. And throughout the process, we make sure every candidate feels heard, valued and kept in the loop.
You’ll join our blue collar recruitment team in a fast paced, high volume role. Based in our Spring Hill office Monday to Friday, you’ll spend much of your day speaking with candidates, conducting phone screens and helping keep recruitment moving across several roles.
There’s plenty to learn, and you’ll have a great team around you to help. Bring your energy, curiosity and a bit of get-up-and-go. You’ll enjoy picking up the phone, starting conversations and taking the initiative to get things done. You don’t need years of recruitment experience—just a willingness to learn, a positive attitude and real care for the people you speak with.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
● Reviewing applications and identifying candidates for current and upcoming roles
● Conducting phone screens to assess candidates’ experience, availability and suitability
● Speaking with tradespeople and site candidates about opportunities across our projects
● Building positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers and project teams
● Arranging interviews and keeping candidates informed about next steps
● Collecting licences, tickets, work rights and other required documents
● Keeping candidate records accurate and recruitment administration on track
● Staying in touch with candidates who may suit future opportunities
What will help you succeed:
You might come from customer service, administration, scheduling or another role where you’ve learned to work with people and stay organised. Perhaps you’ve had some exposure to recruitment and want to develop your skills further.
You’ll enjoy speaking with people and understanding their experience and what they’re looking for. Clear communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities will help you succeed here.
● A positive attitude and a strong work ethic—you’re ready to get involved and put in the effort
● Initiative and a proactive approach—you notice what needs doing and take action
● A team mindset—you’re reliable, willing to help and care about getting the job done well
Why M2P Engineering?
We’ve come a long way since starting out in 2017.
Right from the beginning, we brought a different approach to engineering construction in the mining, industrial and marine sectors. A better way, built on smarter thinking and real care – about the job, the client and the team.
First, we punched above our weight. Now, we’re up there, toe to toe with the biggest and oldest in the industry. And we’re proud to compete and win.
So, what can you expect from a career with us?
Well, it’s about three things:
● Work. The way it should be. We take pride in quality work, completed to spec and on time. Things can’t always go according to plan, of course, but we’re proud to exceed expectations and deliver on what we promise.
● Your career. The way it should be. With so many interesting projects to get stuck into, there’s ongoing work and a stable future here. Just give it a solid go, do the job well, and we’ll look after you.
● A real team. The way it should be. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with an honest, reliable and respectful team. We’re mates looking after mates, and when the going gets tough, that’s when we step up for you the most.
You’ll also enjoy a range of other benefits:
● Opportunities to build your recruitment skills through hands-on experience, with guidance from an experienced team
● Exposure to major projects across Australia and the people who deliver them
● A brand-new, modern office in Spring Hill, with convenient access to public transport
● Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential support
