We’re building our crew for an upcoming underground construction project in Orange – and we want to hear from you.

Whether you're on the tools or leading a crew, if you take pride in quality work, work well in a team, and know how to get the job done safely and to spec — M2P is the place for you.

We’re chasing Expressions of Interest across multiple positions for a site-based, 2:1 roster on a fixed-term contract. If you’ve got recent experience in underground or remote construction work and want to be part of a reliable, hands-on crew, get your details in now.

We want to hear from:

  • Supervisors (SMP)
  • Project Engineers
  • HSE Advisors
  • Site Administrators
  • QA Lead
  • Mechanical Fitters
  • Boilermakers
  • Riggers
  • Crane Operators
  • Trade Assistants

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of a major underground project
  • Working flexibly and stepping in to support your teammates when needed
  • Bringing a strong work ethic and a willingness to do the job right the first time
  • Applying your trade or site experience in a practical, productive way


What you’ll bring

To succeed in one of these roles, you will have:

  • Relevant trade qualification or high-risk work licence (where applicable)
  • White Card
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
  • Ability to undertake National Police Clearance
  • Flexibility and a team-first mindset

Highly regarded:

  • Confined Space and Working at Heights (within 2 years)
  • Polywelding ticket and experience
  • Underground project or shutdown experience
