As our valued IT Admin Support, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and support services.

Based onsite at our modern Tenerife office, you’ll draw on your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to manage and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient support for our team.

Working in our dynamic environment, you’ll enjoy being surrounded by reliable, friendly, and hard-working colleagues who have your back and step up for you when you need it most.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Managing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Supporting the implementation and integration of new IT systems.
• Providing effective support to all IT users, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintaining and documenting IT systems, configurations, and security measures.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Proficiency with Office365 and ERP systems hosted in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with IT support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Experience with IFS implementation and offsite server management.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
