  • A • Ensure that all materials must be stored in the appropriate manner according to their composition and relevant SOP’s of Ahafo North Project.
  • B • Ensure safe and efficient operation of materials movements and materials storage within the Ahafo North site storage space
  • C• Perform audits and stock takes for all materials reviewed and issued across the Project.

Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Material Controller to join our growing Project team in Ahafo North. 

Reporting to the Material Manager the Material Controller will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and continuously improving Materials Control within the Warehouse space in accordance with the Project, Client, and Company requirements.

The tasks you'll perform

  • To ensure the goods are offloaded correctly using the correct techniques and the receiving of goods is in line with the relevant SOP’s and the materials are receipted into the warehouse following all the processes and procedures.
  • Ensuring the labelling and recording of materials is in line with the warehouse materials management procedures.
