The tasks you'll perform

  • Administer construction and professional service contracts according to specifications and budgets.
  • Maintain high service levels for clients and internal project teams.
  • Ensure procurement and contract processes comply with company and project procedures.
  • Expedite contract-related activities as directed.
  • Support tender preparation, adjudication, and contract documentation management.

The expertise you'll bring

Recognised Tertiary Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related. 

3+ years proven contracts administration experience in minerals processing, construction and/or related industries. 

South African Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Cape Town based.

  • Knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contract forms. 
  • Knowledge of EPCM/EPC contract and delivery methods.
  • Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a practical approach to solving problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the use of ERP platforms
