Luxury Escapes is one of the world’s fastest-growing travel websites, with over 6 million members. We are growing rapidly & seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to join and lead or team. 

You will play a crucial role in upholding Luxury Escapes' commitment to delivering world-class feature releases and fostering a culture of quality within our tech and product teams.

Luxury Escapes is an in-person company, with 4 days in the office, and 1-day WFH.

About the role 

As a QA Manager at Luxury Escapes, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform as it evolves. You will build and lead a small, highly technical QA team responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end automated test suites. Working closely with product teams, you will champion quality assurance best practices and contribute to the overall QA strategy across the organization. 

What you'll do: 

• Design and implement department-wide strategy for automation testing  .
• Own our automated end-to-end test suites (we’re using Cypress, Jest, and Circle CI).
• Design robust test plans for major releases, and collaborate with teams to execute them. 
• Identify shortcomings in our automated testing process, and work to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QA at Luxury Escapes. 
• Hands-on coding, writing automation scripts.
• Hire and manage additional Quality Assurance Engineers.
• Help us release quickly, and confidently!
