About The Role 

• Own and drive initiatives from ideation through implementation at launch to support the global expansion of Luxury Escapes.
• Identify and fill product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Design and deliver new product features using agile project methodologies, including feature backlog management, sprint planning and user story management.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the organisation.
• Contribute and collaborate on a broad spectrum of product initiatives, including UX, connectivity, localisation, voice of the customer and more.
• Measure and report on crucial product metrics, making sure they are completed in a consistent and timely manner.

Your background

• Strong academic record – while technical skills are a plus, there is no requirement to come from a computer science background.
• A demonstrated interest in startups, building businesses or entrepreneurship.
• Problem-solver who's willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.
• Passionate about building products that customers love.
• Proven collaboration skills.
