About The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in managing multiple high-value products across Luxury Escapes. You will own the entire product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and roadmap and continually fine-tune our approach to product management.
What You'll Do
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively.
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch.
- Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.
- Collaborate with product design, software engineering, and wider Luxury Escapes teams to deliver high-quality, valuable products.
Your background
- Strong experience in Product Management and UX in a high-growth business.
- Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.
- Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation.
- Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams. This means you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about building products that customers love.
- Demonstrated success in defining, metrics to launch excellent products.
