We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Operations Team in Barcelona.

Working closely with the commercial team to lead the end to end process of bringing our amazing travel deals to our digital platform the Campaign Manager is responsible for building and strengthening the Partner relationships pre, during and post campaign as well as acting as primary contact for all aspects relating to their campaigns.

What you'll do:

Account Management/Partner Relations:

  • Foster relationships of new and existing partners 
  • Subject Management Expert for campaigns
  • First level vetting of campaigns to ensure accuracy of data 
  • Collect and verify and gain approval of additional campaign info direct from the Partner 
  • Be the escalation contact with partners and internal stakeholders for live and past campaigns 
  • Provide post campaign reporting to partners and the Commercial Sales team
  • Be the primary contact for all finance related queries from Partner and LE Finance team 

Digital Campaign Management duties:

  • End to end project management of campaigns, working with various teams across the business 
  • Operational set up of campaign, either through a Channel Manager or Luxury Escapes' systems
  • Onboarding partners via email, phone, Teams/Zoom 
  • Organise and store all campaign assets across imagery and video 
  • Coordinate landing page and print ad creation with the the Luxury Escapes Studio Team 
  • Inventory management: manage the status of inventory on live sales to maximize revenue opportunities and maintain ongoing adjustments for life of open calendar bookings

  • Flexible attitude and innovation skills to achieve set deadlines 
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving skills  
  • Sound understanding of the end-to-end travel sales process 
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team 
  • High operating level of Microsoft suite: Excel/Word/Powerpoint 
  • Those with previous experience with Salesforce CRM software in an ecommerce environment will be of particular interest
