We are now looking for a General Manager of Cruise to drive commercial growth, sales performance, and the strategic expansion of our Cruise vertical at Luxury Escapes. This role is accountable for delivering revenue targets, boosting profitability, and growing market share through standout products and strong partnerships.

You'll lead go-to-market strategies, secure high-performing supply deals, and focus on accelerating sales, improving conversion, and deepening customer engagement. Success hinges on close collaboration with marketing, partnerships, product, tech, and ops to maximise outcomes.

In the role you will:

  • Own and deliver the commercial and sales performance of the Cruise vertical
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to boost cruise sales and revenue
  • Build strong relationships with cruise partners to secure exclusive, high-performing offers
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute flash deals to support major campaign moments
  • Lead pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies to maximise conversion and profit
  • Use sales data and customer insights to spot trends and drive improvements
  • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns that drive traffic and bookings
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance the booking experience
  • Monitor competitors and market shifts to inform strategic decisions
  • Drive process improvements that streamline operations and boost efficiency
  • Present regular performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership

What we are looking for:

  • Proven commercial leadership in driving revenue, margin, and team performance within a sales-focused, target-driven environment
  • Strategic sales planning expertise with a track record of delivering high-impact campaigns and day-to-day trading success
  • Strong cruise industry relationships and the ability to secure exclusive deals, overrides, and marketing contributions from partners
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and lead teams, fostering a high-performance culture aligned to commercial goals and KPIs
  • Skilled in identifying and executing flash deals and market gaps to drive customer engagement and campaign momentum
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, track performance, and present insights to executive leadership
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience, working across marketing, tech, product, and operations to deliver seamless execution
  • Commercial and digital innovation awareness, with the ability to champion tech enhancements and booking experience improvements
  • Entrepreneurial approach to deal-making, consistently spotting and capitalising on new growth opportunities in a dynamic market
