We are seeking an experienced Front of House person who will be the first point of contact for all our customers at our brand new experiential store at Chadstone!

Responsible for superior levels of customer service whilst handling a high volume of customers you will ensure each person visiting the store feels welcome and valued.

What we are looking for:

• Previous front of house experience for a luxury band!
• Flexibility, this role would suit someone who is very flexible with a variety of shifts available. Our store will be open seven days a week with extended Christmas trading.
• You will have exceptional communication skills and be extremely passionate about customer service and travel!
