The Role
We are now looking for a CRM Manager who will play a crucial role in leveraging a loyalty & campaign deployment ecosystem and driving activation across multiple digital channels.
You will drive the future of Luxury Escape's 1:1 customer interactions, harnessing data and technology and best practice direct marketing to elevate customer engagement and drive personalisation.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage all marketing campaigns and individual customer journeys across our direct marketing channels
- Develop a straightforward strategy for direct marketing, improving current efforts and exploring innovative digital options
- Establish streamlined processes that involve collaboration across different functions to support implementation
- Work closely with data, product, commercial and technology teams for day-to-day activities and continuous enhancement of our direct marketing capabilities.
- Target and surpass sales contribution targets and key performance indicators for our customer communications
- Collaborate with senior leaders from various departments to assist in daily operations.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive hands-on experience in E-commerce Direct Marketing, including CRM strategies with a focus on 1:1 channels, personalisation and supporting Loyalty programs
- Proven ability to implement scalable direct marketing and transformation techniques, delivering tangible outcomes in complex business environments
- Demonstrated capability in developing deep customer insights and translating them into practical loyalty customer value propositions. Expertise in designing effective direct marketing and CRM initiatives
- Proficiency in working with customer databases and assets, particularly related to loyalty and direct marketing goals including segmentations and predictive modeling
- Skilled in driving key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and sales across multiple channels
- Prior accountability for building and optimizing end-to-end direct marketing processes across teams
- Experience with Braze or similar platform
- Technical proficiency in querying data e.g. SQL would be advantageous.
