Reporting to the GM Media & Brand Partnerships, central to this role is leveraging existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities to implement commercial strategies and drive significant revenue growth. 

This role demands a self-starter with a passion for deal-making and extensive industry networks. Candidates must be able to prove clear examples of opening doors, closing deals, and driving multi-million dollar revenue in complex, global environments. 

You will be responsible for: 

  • Driving substantial revenue growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy and process 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners to ensure high levels of renewed business 
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market changes 
  • Leading the development of compelling partnership proposals and pitch documents tailored to brand objectives and industry trends 
  • Leading negotiations and successfully securing contracts with high-value partners 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and operations to deliver effective brand activations 
  • Represent the company at key events and industry functions to enhance visibility and expand commercial networks 

What we are looking for: 

  • A sales expert with an entrepreneurial, growth mindset 
  • Commercial experience in media sales, brand partnerships, sponsorship, or business development – ideally in travel, entertainment, or media 
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to open doors, close high-value deal, and manage commercial relationships 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
