Your Responsibilities

As Bar Supervisor you will:

  • Support daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
  • Assist the Beverage Manager in mentoring, coaching and motivating a high-performing bar team
  • Collaborate on innovative, seasonal drinks, including cocktails, craft beers and wines, reflecting the latest trends and local tastes
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Support rostering, labour planning, and operational budgets to maintain efficiency
  • Champion Lua’s culture, service philosophy and commitment to excellence

What are we looking for?

Your experience:

  • Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar position in a high volume fast pace environment
  • Expertise in beverages, including spirits, cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic option, with a keen eye on trends and innovation
  • Passion for staying ahead of beverage trends, particularly in spirits, cocktails and wine pairings
  • Exceptional customer service and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • In-depth knowledge of liquor licensing laws, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and food safety standards.
