As Front of House Supervisor, you will:
- Support and oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the FOH team to deliver consistent excellence.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and development of front-of-house staff.
- Help implement initiatives, activations, and special projects that enhance the guest experience.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Uphold and promote Lua’s culture, service standards, and commitment to hospitality excellence.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior Front of House role within a premium restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.
- A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests and collaborate with internal and external team members.
- Hands-on, solution-focused approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, dining trends and team development.
