Site Supervisor - Residential

With 40+ years of experience in creating vibrant over-50s lifestyle communities, Living Gems is one of Australia’s most respected developers in this space. We’re now looking for a Residential Site Supervisor / Foreman to help lead our Harris Crossing project.

About the Role

Living Gems delivers high-quality homes within 12–16 weeks — so experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is essential.

You’ll report in to the Site Manager and help to manage:

• A large-scale site with 300 homes to be built over the next 4+ years
• Up to 60 homes at different stages of construction
• Contractors, labourers, and plant operators
• Scheduling and coordination via Onsite Companion
• Site set-up, framing, and through to handover — depending on your skills

Your focus: keep trades moving seamlessly from one house to the next by ensuring everyone is ready, scheduled, and productive.

What You’ll Need

• Trade qualification (carpentry preferred)
• A current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Proven experience in production/volume residential construction
• Strong people leadership, planning, and communication skills
• OH&S knowledge and commitment to safety
• Tech confidence (construction software)
• A valid driver’s licence
• Proactive, hands-on approach — someone who leads from the front
