Living Gems is setting up for our next exciting resort in Harris Crossing, and we're looking for a residential site leader to take charge.

This is your opportunity to join a fast-moving, high-performing team who build architecturally designed homes for a vibrant over-50s community.

We are seeking a Residential Site Supervisor / Foreman for an immediate start to oversee site establishment and pre-construction activities.

About the Role

As a volume residential builders, we deliver homes within 12–16 weeks — so experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is essential.

You'll assist to deliver:

• A site with nearly 300 homes to be built over the next 3-4 years, potentially managing up to 30 homes at varying stages of construction throughout the project.
• Contractors, Labourers, and Plant Operators
• Scheduling and coordination via Onsite Companion
• Site set-up, framing, through to handover — depending on your skills

Your goal: Ensure each contractor is ready, scheduled, and productive. If you're managing the flow right, your trades should move seamlessly from one house to the next.

What You'll Need

• Trade qualification – preferably in carpentry
• QBCC Supervisor Licence – essential
• Proven background in production/volume residential construction (ESSENTIAL)
• Confident in using construction management software
• Solid understanding of OH&S requirements
• Strong people leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions and problem-solve on the go
• A valid Driver's Licence
• Hands-on, proactive, accountable — someone who leads from the front
