We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist who can bring ideas to life through words, campaigns, and experiences that engage and inspire.

This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves crafting content, executing marketing campaigns, and playing an active part in event marketing - all while contributing directly to business growth.

What You’ll Do

Content & Communications

  • Write clear, engaging, and on-brand content for our website, social media, blogs, EDMs, and print materials.
  • Build compelling storytelling that strengthens our brand and motivates our audience.
  • Ensure all messaging is consistent, professional, and aligned with brand strategy.
  • Liaise with external media agencies and publications to create and distribute timely company stories and announcements.

Event Marketing & Support

  • Assist with planning, promoting, and delivering events - from launches to community functions.
  • Coordinate logistics, signage, and collateral, ensuring every event reflects the brand perfectly.
  • Represent the marketing team at events and help create memorable experiences.

Marketing Operations

  • Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate project timelines.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table and look for opportunities to enhance marketing activity.


What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, content creation, or communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven ability to deliver effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organisational skills - able to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Experience supporting event marketing and logistics.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta, Google Ads, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.

Preferred but not essential:

  • Experience in property, lifestyle, or tourism industries.
  • Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
