Seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Field Engineer. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects across multiple sites. Your role will involve providing technical expertise, ensuring project quality, and maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. This position requires a strong understanding of construction principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Coordinate and supervise construction activities across multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including interpreting design drawings, resolving issues, and making recommendations for improvements. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with engineering standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure construction activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve any construction-related issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Maintain effective communication channels to coordinate project updates, address concerns, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Documentation: Prepare and review project documentation, including construction reports, progress updates, and change orders. Maintain accurate records of project milestones, construction activities, and any deviations from project plans.
• Safety Compliance: Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. Conduct regular safety audits, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective measures to minimize risks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (X years) as a Construction Field Engineer, preferably working on multiple projects concurrently.
• Solid knowledge of construction principles, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficient in interpreting design drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve construction-related issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in construction software and tools, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple project sites.
