Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking for their first step into the Real Estate Industry. You will work Saturdays and get a day off during the week in return and you will play an integral role of the team, taking responsibility for the end-to-end leasing process and assisting our Property Management Team.
Conduct open for inspections
Prepare all lease documentation
What we are looking for:
A great track record of relationship management and a passion for customer service
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
An impressive proactive approach
Current Agent's Representative Certificate
Driver's Licence and your own vehicle essential
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
Availability to work every Saturday required, day off on a Friday.
