We are looking for motivated and driven sale associate/lead generator. This is your opportunity to work for an experience sales consultant and help take his business to the next level. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated and ready for all the excitement and challenges that this industry can deliver. 

The Position

  • Be mentored by an exceptional sales agent
  • Support in all aspects of the sales process
  • Database prospecting, cold calls and door knocking
  • Attending weekly sales meetings & training
  • Assistance at open for inspections, pre settlement and building & pest inspections

The Candidate

  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Strong ability for building relationships with all types of clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills whilst working to deadlines
  • Professional in your customer service
  • A resilient, driven and enthusiastic self-starter
  • Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • High level of personal presentation
  • A passion for real estate with 100% commitment
