We are expanding to ensure we can keep up with the number of leads coming through to the sales team.

With multiple office`s you will have your own area to prospect and access to strategic partners to generate your own leads. The Role

We are currently searching for an individual who is looking to start or develop their career in Real Estate. An individual who can add value to our organisation with their energetic style, drive to learn and thirst for achievement. This role reports directly to LRE’s most talented Sales Agents, so your success is guaranteed, you only need the will and want. 

The Sales Associate’s primary role is to assist the Top Sales Agent with their administrative tasks as you take on a 12 - 24 month traineeship to receive your Certificate IV in Property Services.

This role will eventually be responsible for all functions relating to the listing and sale of residential property by way of private treaty, auction or tender.

Tasks include:

  • Perform market appraisals, conduct market research and provide advice
  • Arrange advertising, liaise with stakeholders and assist with negotiations with selling a property
  • Processing sales offers, executed contracts and settlement documentation
  • Maintaining our sales database and ensuring accuracy of our records
  • Liaise with solicitors, buyers and sellers
  • Ensure all property files are compliant to statutory requirements
  • Complete Sales Trust Accounting tasks
  • Enter and create appraisals and attend as required
  • Draft appraisal or full sales presentation and sales authority
  • Create Advertising schedule and ensure all online advertisements are accurate
  • Arrange property styling
  • Scheduling and maintaining calendar

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is optional
  • Do not have a Certificate IV in Property Services already
  • No higher qualifications than a Certificate III
  • Valid Driver's license and a reliable car
  • Willing to work hard, have fun and be rewarded for doing so
