About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced senior Key Account Manager to join our team in Penrose, Auckland. This role is pivotal to our continued growth and success. You’ll be responsible for managing and expanding high-value client relationships, driving revenue through strategic account management, and acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including Government and C-suite stakeholders.
- Tailor services and solutions to meet client needs.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and tender documents.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ senior-level key account management experience, ideally in the health sector.
- Proven success managing Government clients and C-suite relationships.
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Skilled in tendering, proposals, and presenting to senior leadership and Boards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Performance-driven with a focus on activity, revenue, KPIs, and commission.
