The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high‑energy B2B Sales Hunter to drive new business growth across Aotearoa, with a strong focus on the Auckland market.
This is a true new business role, ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, closing deals, and building a strong pipeline from scratch. If you’re motivated by results, autonomy, and commission, this role is for you.
The role offers flexibility through a hybrid working model, with 1–2 days per week working from home, alongside time in market with clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identifying, developing, and closing new B2B clients
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline using CRM (Dynamics 365)
- Researching target markets and uncovering new opportunities
- Presenting Life Care solutions to decision makers across all levels of business
- Preparing professional quotes, proposals, and tender responses
- Negotiating and closing client contracts
- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Using LinkedIn and digital channels to generate leads and build brand visibility
- Forecasting, tracking activity, and reporting on sales performance
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ proven B2B new business sales experience
- Strong hunter mindset with a clear track record of closing deals
- Experience selling services (health, wellbeing, training desirable but not essential)
- Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong time and territory management skills
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑driven
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
