We are a well-established service provider operating in a growing marketplace. Life Care Consultants Ltd have been in the forefront of delivering occupational health and training services to New Zealand businesses since 1994.  With a Head office in the Waikato and eight regional offices, we cover the entire country. Our services are in demand with all companies and our clients include some of the largest names in New Zealand business.

The Auckland region provides an exceptional opportunity to continue the growth targets of the business. To reap the rewards of these targets, the existing team require an outstanding Business Development professional to join our Sales team. This position will focus on growing existing client business as well as developing and discovering new business and cementing long-term client relationships.

Applicants must be self-motivated and ambitious hunters looking to exceed targets and maximise their earnings, while also maintaining an eye for detail and the ability to build and foster excellent client relationships. 

Essential for success in this role is:

·        Proven experience as an outstanding business development, sales, or relationship manager

·        An ability to close sales working with high volumes

·        Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed

·        The ability to work autonomously as well as being an active contributor to our team

·        Confidence in sourcing new business and the flexibility to travel

·        The skills to work within existing systems, exceeding robust KPI’s and strategic targets

·        A willingness to learn and grow in your role
