Venue Manager - Multisite

This role is based in Ingham, QLD, offering a very strong remuneration package including accommodation.

Lead one of Australia’s most famous country pubs – The Pub With No Beer – a true landmark known for its charm, character, and warm country hospitality. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark across two iconic venues, with the historic Royal Hotel located just down the road.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across two venues/hotels and all departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies, creating unique events and exceptional customer service.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost controls are in place.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements.
• Foster relationships with the local community and enhance the hotel's reputation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)
• Approved Manager’s License
• Gaming Nomination & License
• Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) certification
• QLD RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
• QLD RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)
