Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all public areas, including floors, tables, chairs, and bar surfaces
• Deep clean restrooms regularly throughout each shift
• Take out rubbish, recycling, and glass bins as needed
• Sweep and mop floors, especially during and after service hours
• Wipe down doors, walls, and high-touch surfaces
• Restock cleaning supplies and alert management when more is needed
• Follow all safety and hygiene procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Physically fit and able to lift/move cleaning equipment and supplies
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
• Ability to work hospitality hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays
