We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic and commercially minded Ground Transport Coordinator to join our Launceston Airport Commercial team.

Key responsibilities:
The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the management and performance of Launceston Airport’s ground transport, parking and car rental portfolios, ensuring strong commercial and customer outcomes.
- Coordinating day-to-day operations across car parking and ground transport services, including stakeholder engagement, contract management and regulatory compliance.
- Driving customer experience, revenue growth and operational improvements through initiatives including pricing strategies, marketing, technology enhancements and product development.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a commercial, customer, transport, parking or operational coordination role, with strong stakeholder management capability.
- Strong operational and systems management capability, with the ability to analyse performance, identify process improvement opportunities and support commercial outcomes across ground transport and parking operations.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
