We’re looking for a Commercial Business Analyst to join our high-performing Finance & Administration team. This is a key role where your insights will directly influence strategic decisions and business performance across the organisation.

About the Role

As a Commercial Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting—helping drive growth and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, delivering clear, actionable insights that support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Maintain and enhance KPI dashboards and operational/financial reports across all business units
• Conduct detailed variance and margin analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Partner with operational and sales teams to assess pricing strategies, margin performance, and cost optimisation
• Contribute to investor briefings and earnings reports
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and data governance

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years in a commercial finance or business analysis role
• Proficient in financial systems and automation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
• Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis skills
• A collaborative mindset, high integrity, and strong commercial acumen
