Unfortunately for us, we are losing our wonderful and super-efficient Office and Operations Support Manager to the sunny Bay of Plenty, however, this does mean that an opportunity has arisen for us to find our new office superstar!
Here at Laser Electrical Remuera, we are a family-owned and operated business, who has been providing electrical contracting & services work to the greater Auckland Area for over 36 years. We are a small & friendly team, who have a big commitment to providing the absolute best customer service that we can.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve answering phones, general administration work, booking & scheduling projects and working closely with our Project Manager & Electricians to ensure the seamless delivery of our electrical work.
So here is what we will need from you:
· Exceptional phone manners and outstanding customer service skills - you will be the first point of contact for our customers and team members
· Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly
· To be knowledgeable in the operation of tablets and smartphones
· Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organsational and time management skills
· Confidence to work well under pressure during busy times
· Be able to work with and understand “tradies” (we are not always polished!)
· Trade industry experience would be an advantage but is not required
· Working hours are Monday – Friday 8h00 am to 16h30 pm, but will be required to start 30 minutes earlier as scheduled to attend toolbox talk meetings
