We currently have a role available for a Operations Support Administrator with at least 3 - 5 years in a operational/office support environment for our client situation in Rangiora. Experience in working in a trades related environment would be advantageous.
What we need from you:
- Experienced in office administration
- Experience in working on Simpro would be advantageous
- MUST have great attention to detail,
- Be able to multi task
- Have a great telephone manner
- Must be hands on, flexible, exceptional organisational skills
- Be able to work with and understand “tradies”
- MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- First point of contact for all visitors, customers, clients, sub contractors
- Have a take charge and “run with it” attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with an interpersonal style
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Confidence and resilience, especially dealing with customers
- Scheduling of jobs
