We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is an IMMEDIATE start role. The is a temp ongoing opportunity.
Here at Laser Plumbing Te Puke, are well-known for being Te Puke’s one-stop-plumbing-shop and pride ourselves on being experts in our field, particularly in gas servicing, home heating and gas/wood fire installations and, plumbing maintenance. We’ve also got one of Bay of Plenty’s largest home heating showrooms
Your day-to-day tasks will involve being the first point of contact to interact with customers, schedule service jobs either on the phone or at the shop counter and provide information about our products and services as well as the administration and smooth running of Laser Plumbing Te Puke’s day to day business.
About the role:
· Customer Success and Service – be the first point of contact to interact with customers
· Log Service jobs
· Invoicing and quotes
· Ensure brochures, price lists and information is fully stocked in showroom at all times
· Ensure showroom is kept clean and tidy
· Create jobs for all warranty work
· Purchase orders ad returns
· Accounts Receivable
So here is what we will need from you:
· 2- 3 Years working experience in a customer service/administration role
· Experience in a construction/trade environment would be advantageous
· Able to multi task and have EXCELLENT attention to detail
· Great verbal and written communication skills
· Be computer literate on MS Office
· Excellent phone manner
· Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
· Have excellent leadership skills
· Trustworthy
· Be able to multi task
