Are you our secret ingredient? We’re looking for a champion of Customer Service who’s got the administrative goods to be our in-store Jack-of-all trades.

Laser Plumbing Te Puke is well-known for being Te Puke’s one-stop-plumbing-shop. We pride ourselves on being experts in our field, particularly in plumbing maintenance, gas servicing, home heating and gas/wood fire installations. We’ve also got one of Bay of Plenty’s largest home heating showrooms.

As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll be our service superstar who delivers memorable experiences to our customers and supports other team members to do the very same. Whether it’s by phone or in our showroom, you’ll provide information about our products and services as well as log jobs and schedule quoting appointments.

Your natural ability to deal with detail will also have you involved in general administration management (including invoicing, accounts receivable and compliance) to ensure the smooth running of Laser Te Puke’s day-to-day business activities.

Here’s what we need from you:

·      2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing administration management or sales / service support role

·      Excellent oral and written communication skills with an interpersonal and consultative style

·      Strong organisational and time management skills

·      Confidence and resilience, especially dealing with customers

·      High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office suit and data entry

·      Working knowledge of the New Zealand Health & Safety legislation

·      Exposure to the trade environment preferred
