Recently acquiring the successful Radiant Heating business, we are able to extend our offering and specialise in underfloor heating and servicing for our customers. We now have an excellent opportunity for Business Manager to join the team managing the Heating business unit.
The Business Manager – Heating, will be the main contact for all clients and suppliers, office based however you will be required to meet clients and builders on-site from time to time.
Ideal experience and skillset includes but is not limited to:
- Strong administrative management background in a trades/construction/heating business
- Excellent organisational & time management skills, the ability to multi-task
- Superior customer and client relationship building skills for clients and customers
- Previous experience using Simpro for job scheduling and bookings
- Solid understanding of invoicing and accounts using Xero
- Project Management ability
To be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of a construction, design, renovation or trades business, and ideally be able to understand architectural/construction plans for housing projects.
The confidence to engage with clients and potential clients is essential, and a consistent vision to continue business growth and profit will be encouraged and supported.
