In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, coordinate Board and committee functions, and oversee day-to-day office operations. As the central point of contact for internal administration, you will ensure the smooth, efficient administrative functioning of the organisation.

About what you’ll do
· Provide high-level administrative and confidential support to the CEO and senior LDC staff, including calendar management, travel bookings, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
· Direct the daily workload of the Receptionist and day-to-day administrative functions of the office ensuring an organised and well-resourced work environment.
· Draft, format, and manage executive documents, monthly reports, Board packs and presentations.
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and culturally appropriate manner.
· Assist the CEO to coordinate all administrative functions for the Board of Directors and Committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, collating papers, and taking accurate minutes.
· Ensure follow-up on actions and resolutions arising from meetings.
· Act as the central point for administrative coordination across all LDC departments and business units.
· Support consistency in document formatting, document control, and branding across corporate communications.
· Assist the Corporate Services Manager to establish and maintain information management systems and processes.
· Assist with coordination of meetings, internal and external projects, functions, and corporate events.
About You / What you’ll bring
· Proven experience in providing high-level executive support, particularly to GM or CEO level.
· Strong written communication skills, including drafting professional documents, board papers, agendas, as well as accurate meeting minutes and action lists
· Experience managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
· Familiarity with board governance and board management software (e.g. BoardEffect) or content collaboration tools is desirable, but not essential.
· Experience with event planning and managing external vendors or venues
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
