LDC Grounds Maintenance Assistant

Both Full Time and casual roles available.

We can train you but - experience using tractors, mowers and other equipment in a commercial environment is highly regarded. Maintenance of our equipment is a high priority so care and attention to detail is a must. 

Knowledge of site safety procedures is an advantage as you may visit higher risk sites under our contracts, initiative and the ability to problem solve, with a strong alignment to the organisation values is highly regarded. 

You must have a clean driving record and be willing to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.

Skills and experience

ESSENTIAL

• White Card
• Ochre Card (or ability to gain one)
• A current National Police Clearance
• Ochre Card (or ability to gain one)
• Successful completion of a drug and alcohol test and pre-employment medical test

DESIRABLE

• First Aid Certificate
• Experience in a similar role
• Relevant qualifications/certificates in Horticulture, Chemical Handling, Machinery will be highly regarded.
