Right now, we’re after a Customer Service superstar to jump into a casual full-time position for two months to help us deliver the smoothest experience possible to our café, retail and wholesale customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for queries and orders – mainly across email and phone - and you’ll play a key role in keeping things ticking.
The details:
- 2-month fixed term: 26 May to 30 July
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Start time of 8:00am (with flexibility to finish earlier if you start earlier)
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone (approx. 40%) and email (approx. 60%)
- Processing orders quickly and accurately using internal systems
- Supporting our customers with clear communication and a can-do attitude
- Jumping into a few admin tasks where needed – you’ll be the extra pair of hands we’re counting on
What you’ll bring:
- Confident written and verbal communication
- A calm, people-focused approach to service
- Strong computer literacy and comfort working with different systems
- You show up on time, get stuck in, and finish the job right
Bonus points for:
- Prior customer service or admin experience
- Knowledge of order entry systems (but we’ll show you the ropes if needed)
