Production Team Member

We’re L’affare. Born in Wellington in 1990, we’re built on bold espresso, passionate people, and a love for the freshest coffee in NZ. Today, we’re still grounded in College Street and fuelled by the same energy that made us a local legend.

Right now, we’re after a Production Team member to jump in and help out for six and a half weeks at our King Street Roastery. As a key member of the Production Team the work will be multi skilled and varied to achieve the goal of producing, packing and dispatching our products to a high standard.

The details:

• Fixed Term - 17 September to 31 October
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Start time of 8:00am (with flexibility to finish earlier if you start earlier)

What you’ll be doing:

• Packing coffee products with precision and care
• Loading and unloading pallets from trucks (forklift skills and license a bonus!)
• Picking and dispatching retail and wholesale orders
• Keeping our workspace safe, clean and equipment humming
• Pitching in with stocktakes and other warehouse tasks

 What you’ll bring:

• A team player with great communication skills
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Experience in warehouse or food production? Even better!
• Forklift and driving licence and experience - not essential
