About the Role
This exciting opportunity offers a job share leadership position overseeing Acute Services, including the Urgent Care Centre, District Nursing, and Hospital in the Home.
The Nurse Unit Manager provides professional leadership, governance, and strategic direction to ensure high-quality, person-centred care within available resources.
As part of the Clinical Services leadership team, you will:
• Lead and inspire teams to deliver safe, best-practice care
• Contribute to organisational performance and service improvement
• Support clinical governance and quality initiatives across Acute and Community programs
• Provide leave coverage for the Director of Clinical Services
