  • Ideal candidate will be able to pick up shifts Monday to Sunday:
  • Monday to Friday hours ranging from 0730-2030
  • Weekends 0830-1600
  • Public Holidays 0800-1630

About the Role

The Client Services Department is the central point of access that supports the whole organisation. As the initial contact for many entering our Health Service, the Client Services Unit will provide the "Image" of what Kyabram health stands for and our values of Caring, Inclusive, Collaborative, Versatile and Accountable.

As a Casual Client Services Officer you could be asked to work in any number of roles including Front Reception, Ward Clerk, Specialist Consulting Clinics, Central Intake or at our outreach sites at Stanhope and Tongala. You could also be asked to work in administration roles within other departments across the organisation.

If you are highly motivated and can adapt well to change and have a positive, friendly mindset then you will do well in this role.


About You

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with a commitment to customer service.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while managing time effectively to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal supervision and show high levels of initiative whilst understanding limitation to Scope of Practice.
  • Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office products and the ability to work with multiple software programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict information Privacy (Confidentiality).
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills that support and enhance positive relationships.
  • Ability to communicate, support and facilitate ease of access to services for all clients/patients regardless of age, culture or ability.

Desirable:

  • Experience in i.Patient Management System (iPM)
  • Experience in Oracle Financial Management Information System.
  • Experience in Regional Community Platform (RCP).
