About the Role

Yorta itjumatj Yapaneyepuk means ‘Healthy Together’ in Yorta Yorta language and is the name of this important initiative. The aim of this 3- year project is to close the gap in cancer related health outcomes for First Nations People in rural northern Victoria, through the development and implementation of co-designed optimal care pathways. This project aims to address significant health disparities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, through enhanced cultural safety, prevention and early detection.
