Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is a medium-sized rural health service that delivers a range of programs and services including acute, subacute, residential aged care and allied and primary health care services. KDHS has three campuses located in the townships of Kyabram, Stanhope and Tongala.

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to fulfil the role of Primary Health Manager. The role will be to manage the established integrated Primary Health Service models, including multiple funding streams.
The responsibility of the manager is to develop, manage and sustain an integrated Primary Health Service model, linking all aspects of primary health closely with Acute, Aged Care and Community Services at KDHS.
In collaboration with external partner agents the manager will develop and implement innovative models of primary health care which best meet community needs in Kyabram and surrounding districts.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need experience in the management of primary health services related setting and direct service delivery; an understanding of contemporary management theories and experience in applying them; an ability to contribute to the strategic direction of KDHS; and an ability to provide leadership that motivates staff to provide quality client focused services.
