In this role you will have the unique opportunity to work on one of the industry’s fastest growing fashion exports and collaborate with some of the world’s biggest names.

As a Production Coordinator at Ksubi, you will be responsible for securing the best price and delivery from our suppliers, ensuring that orders are placed on time to facilitate on-time release of goods, and full end-to-end management of key core flow lines to drive sales and gross profit.

A Day in the Life…

  • Assist the Production Manager with negotiating bulk product costs and handover dates in line with margin targets and critical path.
  • Raise all bulk POs in line with critical path ensuring 0% errors are made.
  • Maintain and update bulk POs in AP21 as needed throughout the lifecycle of the orders.
  • Manage and own bulk production progress against critical path to ensure key dates are met for 100% DIFOT.
  • Manage weekly delivery updates with vendors and provide updates to Buying and Sales Teams.
  • Ownership of shipment sample chasing, process and storage for all collections.
  • Responsible for checking the quality of all shipment samples and communicating with vendors.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across all areas of the business.

This is you if you have…

Technical/Specialist Skills/Experiences

  • 3+ years’ experience in the fashion production space
  • Knowledge of garment construction and textile development
  • Experience using excel or an ERP system beneficial
  • Prior experience and working knowledge of successful retailers or wholesalers
  • Sound business acumen with strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to an environment promoting success
